Luxury Holiday Homes with Private Parking in the Heart of St Ives

Dream Wave is a spacious Edwardian town house with a contemporary feel. It is a light and sunny property with accommodation arranged over three floors. It still retains many of the original features and offers panoramic views of St Ives and the Bay from the upper floors.

The house is located in the heart of St Ives within a few minutes walk of the harbour, beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries.

It comfortably accommodates up to eight adults or two families sharing but smaller numbers would equally enjoy the property.

Living Room

The open plan reception room is simply decorated in neutral tones with exposed granite walls and halogen lighting. There is a large oak dining table with seating for eight, two large leather sofas, plus an occasional chair and two feature window seats. There is a small library of books, DVDs and local information and a few games.

Kitchen/Utility Room

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a large free standing fridge/freezer suitable for big groups, microwave, gas cooker with double oven, dishwasher; plus it is well supplied with kitchen utensils for those who are keen cooks. From the kitchen, there is the laundry/drying room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and another sink. It gives ample storage room for beach, surf, walking and other outdoor gear.

Courtyard

From the kitchen is a small secluded courtyard with granite bistro table and chairs and plants. There is a washing line and a hose for those keen to wash down their wet suits/bikes. The flight of granite steps which lead to the rear grassy lane, are quite steep but there is a hand rail and a custom made safety gate which is put in place in interests of younger visitors.

Bedrooms

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king sized bed and a twin bedded room. Both rooms have a double wardrobe & a chest of drawers. On the second floor there is a built-in wardrobe on the landing, a twin bedded room and a double room and both bedrooms have a chest of drawers. There is a flat screen digital TV/DVD is in the double room.

The beds are all of good quality and are prepared for you on arrival with duvets and attractive bed linen.

Bathrooms

There is a bathroom and a shower room on the first floor which are of a high specification with Villeroy & Boch suites, Hans Grohe fittings and a large Matki shower enclosure. There are 2 toilets.

Parking

Parking for 2 cars is located at our other holiday home, Beach Break. It is 250m from the house to the parking. The no parking restrictions outside the house mean that it is easy to stop to unload/load the car and then go to the parking.

Parking is also available in several nearby car parks.
